Group loot distribution and auto pickup fixed.

Keep and towers claiming now cost guild bounty points per hour to holding.

Class Warden:(bugfix)

Warden's celerity chants now stack right with his single combat speed buff Haste.

His combat speed Buff is now right Haste, instead of celerity.
